By accessing or using RegattaReport ("the Service"), operated by SailSync ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RegattaReport provides sailing race analysis reports, including free previews and premium paid reports. We also offer custom report services for specific events. Reports are generated using SailSync.ai, a product of Sail Sync, LLC, which uses artificial intelligence technology combined with human analysis.

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Reports provided by RegattaReport are generated using SailSync.ai (Sail Sync, LLC), which uses artificial intelligence technology to analyze publicly available race data that may be incomplete or contain errors.

While we strive for accuracy, our reports are intended to help understand sailing performance and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth. Mistakes in data interpretation, fleet rankings, tactical analysis, and maneuver breakdowns may occur. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report content.

Reports are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They should not be used as the sole basis for competitive decisions, protests, or official proceedings.

4. Accounts and Registration

You may access certain features by providing your email address, which creates a basic account. Full accounts require setting a password via email verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Purchases and Payments

Individual reports are available for purchase at the listed price (currently $1.99 per report). Custom report services are priced at $29.99 per day of racing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final — refunds are provided at our discretion.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and may be subject to change. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

6. Intellectual Property

All report content, analysis, website design, and branding are the property of SailSync. Reports are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased report content without written permission.

7. User Content

When you upload files or provide information through custom report requests, you grant us a license to use that content for the purpose of producing your requested reports. We will not share your uploaded data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SailSync shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any report content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For users in the European Union, nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws.
